George Miller wants you to pay a Carbon Tax

George Miller told a town hall meeting in Walnut Creek that he favors a carbon tax. This is despite Al Gore’s admission to congress that the carbon tax/ cap and trade scheme was developed by Enron’s disgraced Ken Lay and Goldman Sachs.
