El Cerrito Democratic Club hosted the three Democrat candidates for California’s 11th congressional district – John Fitzgerald, Cheryl Sudduth and a representative for incumbent George Miller. John explained how leaders of both parties were not representing we the people, citing the NDAA, Federal Reserve, unconstitutional wars, secret arrests, assassination of US citizens, and more.

He reminded people how George Miller singlehandedly killed Dennis Kucinich’s single payer health care bill (HR 676) in committee. Rep. Kucinich’s amendment would have allowed states to independently vote on single payer health care. Miller also voted against Ron Paul’s HR1207 which would have mandated a full audit of the privately owned and unconstitutional Federal Reserve which has sent tens of trillions of our taxpayer dollars to private European banks.
